Signing in
How do I sign in?
There's no password. Go to the sign-in page, enter your email, and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Type that code in and you're in.
I didn't get my code.
Almost always one of these:
- Check your Junk or Spam folder— especially in Outlook. If you find it there, mark it “Not Junk” and add network@sftccc.org to your safe senders so the next one lands in your inbox.
- Give it a minute. Codes usually arrive within a minute or two.
- Codes expire after about an hour.If it's been a while, go back to the sign-in page and request a fresh one.
- Double-check the email address you entered — the code goes to whatever you typed.
My code didn't work.
It has probably expired, or there was a typo. Request a new code from the sign-in page and enter the newest one — older codes stop working once a new one is sent.
I work at Children's Wisconsin and still can't get in.
Some Children's inboxes hold outside email more tightly than most. Check your Junk folder first and add network@sftccc.orgto your safe senders. If it still doesn't arrive, reach out to the SFTCCC team member who invited you and we'll help you get in another way.
New to the network
How do I join?
Use the same sign-in page. Enter your email, get your code, and we'll walk you through setting up your profile.
I signed up but can't see the directory yet.
New members are approved by our team before the full directory opens up, so there may be a short wait after you sign up. You'll be able to get in as soon as you're approved — no need to sign up again.
Still need help?
